MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- Funds from the federal budget assigned to the national projects have been spent by 24.8% of the annual plan, or 711.6 billion rubles, as of April 1, the Finance Ministry said on Friday citing preliminary figures.
Of the amount, 42.9% was spent on the housing program and 44.8% on healthcare.
